About these terms
10X Wraps provides vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, lettering and related services in the Tampa Bay area. These terms describe how to plan a project with us. Review your project-specific written quote, approved artwork and any service agreement before authorizing work. A website inquiry or planning estimate does not reserve an installation appointment.
Estimates, quotes and scope
Pricing depends on the vehicle, coverage, selected film, design, removal needs and surface preparation. Online estimates and photos help with planning; the project needs review before pricing is confirmed. Check that your written quote identifies the vehicle, included panels, materials, artwork, preparation, removal, installation and any applicable taxes. Roofs, bumpers, door jambs, windows and accessories should be expressly addressed rather than assumed to be included. Confirm any quote expiration date directly with us.
Deposits and balances
Before paying or booking, confirm in writing whether a deposit is required, its amount, when it is due and how it applies to the price. Confirm the remaining balance, its due date and accepted payment methods. The website does not state a standard deposit percentage or balance deadline; use the payment terms agreed for your project.
Artwork approval and production
Review the final proof carefully, including spelling, phone numbers, website addresses, logos, colors, layout and panel coverage. Tell us about corrections before approving it. Screens and digital renderings are visual guides; review physical film samples when selecting a finish and discuss color-matching requirements before production. Confirm the version being approved and when printing, material ordering and production will begin. Changes requested after approval may affect cost, materials and timing; agree on any revised scope and price before proceeding.
Installation scheduling
Requested dates are preferences until confirmed with the team. Timing depends on vehicle size, coverage, material availability, preparation and any existing graphics removal. Confirm drop-off, access, installation and collection arrangements, along with any cleaning instructions. Contact us promptly if the vehicle or approved artwork will not be ready so scheduling can be reviewed.
Vehicle condition and paint risks
Share current photos and disclose repainting, repairs, peeling paint or clear coat, rust, dents, existing graphics and surface treatments. A wrap does not repair an unsuitable surface. Paint and film condition affect adhesion and removal outcomes; damaged, repaired or failing finishes can present additional risks, including paint lifting during removal. Discuss the assessment, preparation and any vehicle-specific risk acknowledgment before authorizing work. Do not assume that installation or removal will be damage-free. For leased or third-party vehicles, confirm that you have the required permission.
Customer artwork and intellectual property
Provide logos, photographs, fonts and other files only when you own them or have permission to use them for the project. Identify any license restrictions before design begins. Supplying files for a wrap should not be treated as transferring ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Confirm any permission needed to reproduce or adapt supplied assets, and agree separately on ownership or delivery of newly created artwork and editable files.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible to request a scope change, rescheduling or cancellation. Before authorizing work, ask for the applicable written cancellation and refund terms, including how they address artwork already completed, materials ordered, printing and installation already performed. This page does not establish a nonrefundable deposit, cancellation fee, automatic refund entitlement or refund deadline. Any proposed charge or refund should be explained against the agreed project terms and applicable law.
Financing, if available
Ask us whether Affirm is supported for your specific purchase before relying on financing. If offered, payment options are subject to Affirm’s eligibility check, approval and the financing disclosures presented to you. Review those disclosures for rates, payment amounts and dates. Contact 10X Wraps about the underlying service or a cancellation request, and Affirm about your financing account. Do not assume that requesting cancellation of a wrap project automatically cancels a financing agreement.
Care and any applicable warranty
Follow the care instructions supplied for the selected film and installed graphics. Film type, exposure, cleaning and surface condition affect performance. Ask for any applicable material or workmanship warranty in writing, including its provider, coverage, duration, exclusions and claim process. A material brand name, sample, lifespan discussion or website image does not establish a specific warranty for your project. This page does not add a fixed warranty or guarantee, or exclude rights provided by applicable law.
Service concerns and responsibility
If you have a concern about the agreed work or vehicle condition, contact us with the project details, relevant photos and a description of the issue. Keep the quote, approved artwork and project communications available for review. This page does not set a liability cap, require arbitration, select a governing law or court, or waive rights provided by applicable law.
